Returns
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 3 days.
Postage on all returning item must be paid for by (you, the customer).
Delivery & Title
Please note: Once the items have left our premises with the courier they become the responsibility of the courier. Once you have signed for the goods they become your responsibility. If the items are delivered to you and are not in good state, Do not sign for the as then they are your responsility and cannot be claimed for.
Unless you order and collect the goods fron our trade counter, we will deliver them in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. For reasons of health and safety and to avoid any property damage, most 'Big Stuff' can only be delivered to a ground floor location at the delivery address. Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your own risk. In spite of delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price for the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you. Until title in the goods passes from us, you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost separately from all other goods inyour possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as our property.
Delivery of some item may take up to 10 working days, these's will include items that are out of stock or item that need to be made specially. Some special order item are included, if one or more of the item you purchase will be long delivery you will be notifiyed by e-mail. Delivery is only to UK main land, we will deliver worldwide upon request place contact us to arrange this. The following delivery times are a standard rate, no refunds or discount will be issued for deliverys over the stated times.
